Bankim Gopani Transitions to Chief Corporate Development Officer; Hamsa Shadaksharappa Joins NSU as New Chief Financial Officer

August 6, 2015 Hillsborough, NJ (Press Release: July 2015) Natural Systems Utilities, LLC (NSU), has announced that Bankim Gopani will transition from Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Chief Corporate Development Officer (CCDO), effective immediately, and that Hamsa Shadaksharappa has joined NSU as the new CFO. Mr. Gopani brings to NSU 23 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity, beginning his career at Baring Brothers, as an M&A Analyst, and then Goldman Sachs. Mr. Gopani subsequently earned an MBA from The Wharton School as a Palmer Scholar and then began his successful private equity career at GE Equity. His leadership in 12 transactions earned him the Winner’s Circle Award for being a top global deal professional. He was then hand-picked by two Fortune 100 CEOs to lead investments for Arlington Capital Partners where he originated and championed transactions.
